Julian Cue is a sound engineer, producer and sound designer. With formal qualifications in both audio production and digital media, he has extensive experience in both studio and live sound production environments.

As a producer, Julian has a an avidity for bent and/or overloaded sound scapes, merged with angular beats and experimental ambiences. To balance this irreverent sonic penchant, he also has a keen interest in the use of minimalism in both, a sound design and compositional sense. Utilising these sonic palettes he explores themes of dysfunction, commerce and human relationships in the digital age.

Julian currently runs a small recording studio in Collingwood (Melbourne, Australia) and works as a recording / mastering engineer as well as a music venue production manager.
